osito is the nosiest,dog I have ever seen. he is always putting his face in snow banks, or his most favorite. is people watching. when we go for a walk in the park. and a car drives in he will just-sit and wait . like  he is waiting for a friend to walk with him. my other dog Mocha could care less who comes or goes. I bet if I gave osito a lounge chair  with food and drink. He would sit at the gate entrance of the park. and talk to everyone who come”s in to walk, and he sure can talk. my cousin, who was visiting me one day swears! that when I came home osito said “mama “.  and I believe Osito said it because Osito loves to have the last word
